By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you—please make sure to read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app, any part of it, or any trademarks related to it. You also cannot attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, along with all associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remain the property of Crossroads Care.

By agreeing to these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy associated with the app.

Crossroads Care Mental Health App is committed to providing a useful and efficient service. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or its services, including subscription costs, at any time. We will always ensure transparency about any charges and provide clear details about what you are paying for.

The app stores and processes personal data you provide to us in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. For optimal security, we recommend avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as doing so can compromise security features, expose your phone to malicious software, and cause the app to malfunction.
